This particular roundabout is STUPID, because the intersection was too small. The roundabout is a single lane, and the circle is too tight. Large trucks routinely drive over the internal sidewalk because they cannot corner that tightly. Their front wheels remain on the road, and the back of the truck swings 6 feet off the road.
This intersection was just fine until they messed it up.
